THE FACILITY is a uniquely designed, flexible space with state-of-the-art technology. The bi-level structure accommodates seating for up to 130 people with a maximum occupancy of 150 people.

The Theater may be rented for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, rehearsals, auditions, performances, and other events at a reasonable cost. Rates and availability are based on desired date(s), length of rental, staffing and technical requirements. BAR/LOUNGE

THE SPACE, with full liquor license, has flexible seating (seats approximately 40; legal occupancy 94) with portable small raised stage. The space provides an intimate setting for a party, performance or other special occasions.



Floor space dimensions: the seating area is 21 feet 9 inches x 6 feet plus seating and standing room at the bar; the performance area is 15 feet x 6 feet

For rentals of private parties, performances or special events the lounge will be closed to the public, based on your desired time frame. Regular hours are: Monday through Thursday, 6pm - midnight; Friday and Saturday, 6pm - 1am, sometimes featuring performances. During these hours you may celebrate any occasion without a charge (bring 10 or more people, and you will receive free drinks for yourself all night, but please call ahead). REHEARSAL STUDIO

THE STUDIO is available for rehearsals, auditions, readings with invited audience, classes, workshops, etc., Monday through Friday, 10:00am - 7:30pm.  Rental after 7:30pm may be available depending on the nature of usage.  Please note that the entrance door of Dixon Place is ALWAYS locked during the day. For large groups and auditions, a door person must be provided to receive all members of the group.

RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Less than 10 people: $10 / hour
Auditions/10 or more people: $20 / hour

Discounts are available for bookings of 25 hours and over, but requires pre-payment. Payment plans are possible, but percentage of discount is dependent on the number and frequency of installments.

For classes and workshops please inquire about rates.

PAYMENT: Payments shall be made in cash or by check payable to Dixon Place. Credit Card information is required at the time of and to ensure the reservation of space.

CANCELLATIONS: If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a full charge of the reserved space and time frame will be imposed.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accommodate loud music, drums or tap dancing!

IMPORTANT: With the exception of water, beverages and food are not allowed in the studio. (And yes, that includes chewing gum!)
