Contact us to reserve our rehearsal studio, conveniently located at 161A Chrystie Street.

The space is 22 feet wide by 15 feet deep with an 8 foot ceiling, marmoleum floor (sprung) and includes a piano, boombox, chairs, and table. The rehearsal studio is available Mondays through Fridays from 10am - 6pm.

RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Rehearsals with 10 people or fewer: $10 / hour
Auditions: $20 / hour*

*Please note that the main door at Dixon Place is ALWAYS locked between the hours of 10am and 6pm. For auditions, a door person must be provided to receive those auditioning.

TO REQUEST SPACE: email rentals@dixonplace.org with the following information:

• Name
• How you heard about us
• Contact info: email and phone number
• Date and times you would like to book
• How many people in your group
• Type of rehearsal (dance, music, performance, reading, etc. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accommodate loud music, drums or tap dancing.)

PAYMENT: All rental fees are due in full by the date of the first scheduled rehearsal. Payments may be made in cash or by check payable to Dixon Place (sorry, no credit cards).

IMPORTANT: With the exception of water, beverages and food are not allowed in the studio. (And yes, that includes chewing gum!)

CANCELLATIONS: Payment is due in full if rehearsals are cancelled without 48 hours notice. We are not able to offer refunds for prepaid rehearsals cancelled with 48 hours notice, but can offer credit hours for future rehearsals.
