Rehearsal
Studio Rates: $10 an hour
When requesting space
please include:
- Name
- How you heard about us
- Contact info (email &
phone number)
- Date & Times you are
interested in
- How many people
- Type of rehearsal (Dance,
Music, Performance, Reading, etc….)
Weekdays: Monday – Friday
- Rehearsal space is offered from 10am
– 6pm
Weekend Rehearsal: Saturday
& Sunday
- Saturday rehearsals only
available until 6pm
- Rehearsal times vary weekend to
weekend, please email us!
- Minimum of 10 hours per month.
- Deposit for half the total due
at time of booking.

Payment Policies
All payments must be made by cash
or check (payable to Dixon Place). All rental fees are due in
full by the date of the first scheduled rehearsal.
**With a generous Rehearsal Space
Subsidy grant from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA),
Dixon Place is able to offer the rental rate of $10/hour to New
York-based dance artists. All inquiries will be honored on a
first-come, first-served basis.**
Key Deposit: There is a $10
keycard deposit due. Please make out a separate check or pay
separate cash. We will return your deposit upon receipt of the
keycard.
We CANNOT accommodate auditions,
loud music, drums or tap dancing.
With the exception of water,
beverages and food are not allowed in the studio. (And yes, that
includes chewing gum!)
Cancellations: Rehearsals
canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of
the total due.
