PRIME-TIME: (monday - friday, 6pm - 10pm; saturdays and sundays 10am-10pm)

                      $15/hour

WEEKDAY BUSINESS HOURS: (monday - friday, 10 am - 6pm)

                      $10/hour

Classes and Workshops: $25/hour

*We cannot accommodate auditions, loud music, drums, or tap dancing.

*Please note that during weekday business hours the rehearsal space is not entirely private, as Dixon Place staff members or visitors may be passing through the audience seating area.

*We are one flight upstairs.

Payment Policies:

All payments must be made by check, and all rental fees are due by the date of the first scheduled rehearsal

You must keep to your scheduled hours - anyone staying past their allotted time will be charged. 

Rehearsals cancelled within 7 days of first rehearsal will be charged a fee.
