Dixon Place has been approved as participant in the New York State Empire Zone Capital Tax Credit - Community Development Project. To encourage investment in this community, New York State has enacted incentives in the form of tax credits against personal income and franchise taxes. Individuals and corporations who contribute $500 or more to the renovation of our new home now qualify for a NYS Tax Credit equal to 25% of the amount of their contribution, a dollar for dollar offset against your New York State tax liability.
