Her performance work blends her interest of contemporary dance and improvisation, theater, light, and color. Most recently she performed her work through Dance Conversations at The Flea. Ori Lenkinski began choreographing for the McGill University Contemporary Dance Ensemble in Montreal. Since moving to New York, Ori has collaborated on movement for musicals, plays and modern dance. This is her second time presenting solo work. Abigail Levine has presented choreography at venues including the DanceNow/NYC Festival, La Guardia High School of the Arts, the 92nd St. Y, Manhattan Opera Theater, Danza Contemporánea de Cuba and on sidewalks, in swimming pools, airports and subway stations. She has danced for choreographers including Marianela Boán, koosil-ja hwang, Pat Catterson and Jennifer Monson. Margaret Paek is part of the San Diego based collective, Lower Left. www.lowerleft.org. She has worked with Nina Martin, Shelley Senter, Lionel Popkin, BodyCartography, and Keith Hennessy, among others. She has taught at a variety of universities. Margaret recently relocated to New York. |
